The Assistant Pitmaster must be able to cook using wood fires in a smoker and an open pit. The candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the Restaurant concept daily.
Smoothie Barista
Wake Forest, NC - Part Time/ Full Time - $15 - $16.50 Hourly Based on Experience
As a Barista, you are responsible for educating customers about our dessert and healthy smoothies, loose leaf teas, organic matcha drinks and how these items complement our smoked barbecue.
Food Service Worker

The Food Service Worker is responsible for Prep in the kitchen and working the line to plate the food for customers.
